• Account data: email address, password (hashed, never stored in plain text), display name (optional)
• Learning progress: lessons completed, quiz scores
• Interview practice: written answers you save, custom questions you add, question groups you create
• Usage statistics: mock interview session counts and durations, mental math session stats
• AI chat history: stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We transmit your messages to Google Gemini to generate responses but do not store conversations on our servers.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment details.

• To provide and maintain the service
• To track your learning progress across sessions
• To enforce subscription plan limits (free vs. Pro)
• To send transactional emails (email verification, password reset) via Resend
• To generate AI responses to your questions via Google Gemini

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
