1. Agreement

By creating an account or using AlphaSeek (alphaseekfinance.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AlphaSeek is operated by Liu Yanglin, an individual based in Singapore.

2. Service Description

AlphaSeek is a finance interview preparation platform providing S&T curriculum content, interview practice tools, market data, and AI-assisted learning. The service is intended for personal educational use.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to register.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account with others.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to features as described on the pricing page. Free tier limits may change with notice.

Pro Plan

  • Billed monthly (SGD 9.90) or semi-annually (SGD 49.00).
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime via your profile page before the renewal date.
  • No refunds for partial billing periods.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute any content from AlphaSeek
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the service

6. Content

All curriculum content, questions, and materials on AlphaSeek are owned by Liu Yanglin. You may use them for personal study only.

Content you create (custom questions, written answers) remains yours. By storing it on AlphaSeek, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated by Google Gemini and are provided for educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.

8. Market Data

Market data displayed on AlphaSeek is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. It is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Liu Yanglin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AlphaSeek. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
